Our mission is to build affordable attractive apartments that utilize the latest technology to bring utility costs down for our tenants. A utility allowance is in included in the base rent of each unit.

Healthy Indoor Air

Each apartment employs a balanced ventilation strategy with a Panasonic Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV); incoming air can be conditioned and dehumidified, saving on heating and cooling expenses while simultaneously filtering and improving indoor air quality.

Net Zero Ready Apartments

PrairiE Lofts Apartments are built to EnergyStar, Indoor AirPlus and Zero Energy Ready Home standards and will be seeking LEED certification. All appliances meet EnergyStar requirements an we've even included a washer and dryer in each unit. Each building will have access to EV chargers and solar on the roof will provide a majority of the power needs for the building.

54 Exclusive Units

Each unit has a full set of GE appliances, including an in-unit stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops with undermount sinks are accented with Delta faucets. Comfort height toilets from American Standard complement walk in shower and tub/shower units. LVT wood floors throughout each unit are complemented by in-floor radiant heat. Each bedroom has luxury carpet from Shaw Flooring. For an additional fee, design services are available from our interior design firm, Zimmer Design, if you'd like help decorating your unit!

Safe and Secure

Each building is equipped with a Yale door security system with FOBs and ability to use your smartphone to access the building, elevator, hallways and each unit. Each entry has security cameras. A Luxer One package concierge system seamlessly receives your packages and notifies you of their arrival. Additionally, each building is fully fire sprinklered to provide an additionl level of safety.

PrairiE Lofts Apartments site right on the bike trail system in Luverne, MN. Ground floor units have a patio with outside entrance. Upper floor units each have a deck with beautiful views of the surrounding farm to the south and east.

PrairiE Lofts Apartments is the newest sustainable living apartment community in Luverne and is now leasing with an expected opening of October 2022. This community features 54 apartments with one bedroom, one bath units and two bedroom units with either one or two bathrooms.

Each unit is elevator accessible and has its' own stackable GE washer/dryer and full appliance package, granite countertops with undermount sink, patio/deck with access right outside the door to Luverne's trail network that includes the Ashby Memorial Trail, the Blue Mounds Trail and the Luverne Loop.

The building is constructed to meet EnergyStar, Indoor AirPlus, Zero Energy Ready Home and LEED requirements making this project one of the most energy efficient buildings in the State. We have EV charges in the parking lot and solar on the roof. All interior finishes are low-emitting and we've included an ERV fresh air machine in each unit to bring in fresh, filtered outdoor air. All units have radiant heated floors and dedicated heat pump heating and cooling systems. The entire building was built out of structural insulated panels made in Cottonwood, MN providing peace, quiet and the best in energy efficiency. Each building is fire sprinklered and protected by a security system. We even added an Amazon package center to each lobby for our guest's convenience.
